Copyright & Intellectual Property Statement

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, registered designs, unregistered designs, artistic works, concepts, and product designs created, supplied, or developed by Organic Reliques remain the sole and exclusive property of Organic Reliques. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Handmade ceramic tile designs, shapes, finishes, textures, and patterns
• Textile designs and patterns
• Artistic works and surface designs
• Product designs, concepts, and collections
• Custom and bespoke concepts, drawings, samples, and prototypes
• Design layouts, specifications, and styling concepts
• Branding elements, including logos, names, and visual identity
• Photography, videography, styling, and imagery
• All visual representations, including website design, layout, graphics, and written content

All works are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable international copyright laws.

Ownership of Designs & Artwork

All designs, concepts, and creative works developed by Organic Reliques are original and remain the intellectual property of Organic Reliques at all times, including:

• Commissioned or custom client work (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
• Draft concepts, sketches, samples, and prototypes
• Final products, including tiles and textiles

The purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of copyright or intellectual property rights. Ownership of the physical product does not grant permission to reproduce, replicate, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the design.

Permitted Use

You may:

• View and browse this website for personal, non-commercial use
• Purchase products for personal use or approved commercial installation

You may not, without prior written consent:

• Copy, reproduce, or replicate any designs, products, or artwork
• Use designs for manufacturing or commercial production
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Use images or content for marketing, branding, or resale
• Reverse engineer or replicate techniques, textures, or finishes

Commercial Use & Licensing

Any commercial use of Organic Reliques designs, including but not limited to:

• Interior design projects for resale or development
• Architectural or large-scale installations
• Media, publication, or promotional use

must be approved in writing and may be subject to licensing agreements and fees.

Custom & Bespoke Work

For bespoke or commissioned pieces:

• All intellectual property rights remain with Organic Reliques unless explicitly transferred in writing
• Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for agreed use only
• Organic Reliques reserves the right to reproduce, photograph, and display custom works for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes

Infringement & Enforcement

Organic Reliques actively monitors and protects its intellectual property.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or imitation of any designs or materials may result in:

• Legal action
• Claims for damages and loss of profits
• Immediate cease and desist orders

Third-Party Rights

All trademarks, logos, and brand names associated with Organic Reliques are protected. Any third-party materials appearing on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission where applicable.

Jurisdiction

This statement is governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with intellectual property or copyright will be subject to Australian legal jurisdiction.

Registered Design Notice

Organic Reliques holds registered design rights under the Designs Act 2003 (Cth) for selected products and design elements.

Certain ceramic tile designs, textile patterns, and product features are protected as registered designs with IP Australia, including but not limited to:

• Tile shapes, surface patterns, and textures
• Decorative motifs and artistic compositions
• Product configurations and visual features
• Textile prints and repeat patterns

These registered designs grant Organic Reliques exclusive rights to use, license, and commercially exploit the visual appearance of the protected products.

Unauthorised use of any registered design—including reproduction, imitation, or use of a design that is substantially similar in overall impression—is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement under Australian law.

Important Notice on Pending Designs

Organic Reliques may also have design applications that are pending registration. These designs are confidential and protected from unauthorised use or disclosure.

Any reproduction or imitation of designs that are subject to pending applications may still result in legal action.

Enforcement

Organic Reliques reserves the right to enforce its registered design rights to the fullest extent of the law, including:

• Issuing cease and desist notices
• Seeking damages or account of profits
• Pursuing legal proceedings for infringement
